Well, now you know. Part of the Evan Haskill Experience includes long delays in between disappointingly poorly written articles, humorless jokes, run on sentences, and intermittent use of the oxford comma. I'm still on the fence about it and other things....
I've said it before that I'm not much of a writer. I'm more of an attention whore.
"Hey look! My name is on that website!"
"Do you ever update it? Or write anything worth reading?"
"No, but look at that! It's my name! That's my page!"
I decided to update it today because it is literally, 1000 degrees in Grand Rapids today. I have the lights off, the air conditioner running, the curtains closed, trying to stay cool. I don't think I'll even drink bourbon today. It's THAT hot!
If I were going to have a pour I think I'd have some Booker's on ice. Big Man Small Batch to be precise. It's one of those rare bourbons that has the strength and flavor profile to stand up to, and even improve, with an ice cube. Today was a good day.
